1. Working Principle
The hydraulic quick-change joint mainly relies on the action of the oil cylinder to fix and release the pins 1 and 2. When the working parts need to be replaced, the oil cylinder is retracted, the hook-shaped pressure block moves from the 1 position to the 2 position, the quick-change joint is disengaged, and the other working parts are replaced. After the hook-shaped pressure block is aligned with the pin, the cylinder is opened again. , the hook-shaped pressing block moves from the position 2 to the position 1 to lock the pin shaft of the working accessories. Of course, except that there are external oil circuits and solenoid valves working at the same time.
