RanSun Vibrating Screen

  1. Introduction

The RanSun vibrating screen is a crucial piece of screening equipment, widely used for grading and separating raw materials of varying sizes. Most commonly utilized in the mineral processing industry, the vibrating screen efficiently separates solid and crushed ores. This type of vibrating screen is comprised of several key components: a vibration exciter, screen frame, ore slurry distributor, suspension springs, mesh, and a rack. Equipped with an electromagnetic vibrator, the screen generates a vigorous vibration applied directly to the screen surface. The vibrator is mounted on top of the screen and is connected to the screening surface.

 

The vibrating screen features a distinctive structure and operates based on a unique working principle. Unlike other screening machines where the sieve box moves, the sieve box of this vibrating screen remains stationary, while the sifter itself vibrates. The fine particles below the vibrating screen are discharged to prevent over-crushing and re-grinding. Ultimately, the fine particles passing through the small gaps are properly stored.
