But do you know how often the wearing parts on bucket are replaced?
When the bucket is digging, each part is in contact with the excavated object, and the stress is different in different working stages during the excavation process, which will cause different degrees of surface wear.RSBM bucket of all the wearing parts are teeth,teeth pins,retainer,adaptor,side cutter,side protector,heel flange,lip protector,bucket pin.

If you are doing mining operations, you can refer to the following information for reasonable configuration,
1.Teeth,teeth pins and retainer should be replaced about 7to10days.
2. Heel flange and lip protector replace about 2 to 3 months,need you have weld on ability.
3.The adaptor is generally accompanied by the life cycle of the bucket,maybe need replace teeth edges during the time.
4.Bucket pins should be replaced 3 to 6 months,the specific time depends on how to maintain.
