Excavator Breaker Installation Instructions

Excavator Breaker installation instructions:

1. Make sure to discharge pressure before installation.
2. Remove the battery cables when welding and make the appropriate protective measures to the oil cylinder and hose near welding.
3. All the welding spots should be welded in a position not to affect any working of the excavator.
4. Close the oil-out stop valve when measuring pressure. Open the oil-in stop valve.
5. In the installation, joints with thread sealing should be wrapped with adhesive tape or sealant (to prevent tube joints from shock slacking during breaker working).
6. After the pressure test, make one hose connect with the in port and out port, turn on the stop valve, flush and wash the hose for 20 minutes. (With photos);
